# Updating
In the case of BlockSuite-Core, updating is as simple as replacing the old plugin with the new version. Typically, only Feature Updates will require you to run:
```
/bs updatedb
```
The command will let you know how many updates were performed to the database. If you update consistently you should only see 1 update performed. |
